"The coffee pot in the room didn't have a handle on it, when i asked if it could be replaced, they took it from the room and didn't replace it, a ceiling tile was missing from the bathroom and one was pealing and hanging down and i have pics to show this, the walls were dirty in the bathroom and bath/shower area. I will not stay at this motel again, nor will i use the services of any business which shows it as a four star motel like you did. I was not impressed with the motel or the cleaniness."
